Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night retention charge.
In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior notice), the full booking amount may be charged.
Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges (if any).
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of early departure after check-in, refund requests will be considered at management’s discretion.
Charges for the number of nights stayed will apply.
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
Such bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Date changes are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
Requests for modifications should be made at least 48 hours before check-in.
